Q&A Assistant

Click the chat button in the bottom-right corner to ask about UBBL 1984 by-laws. The AI searches the full UBBL text and provides answers with specific by-law citations.

Example: "What fire safety measures are required for buildings above 18 metres?"

This system is an automated compliance screening tool. It does not replace professional review by a qualified architect, engineer, or fire safety consultant. Always verify findings against the original UBBL 1984 text and consult with the relevant PBT and Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Malaysia.
